Keli Smith has joined Chinowth & Cohen Realtors’ Sand Springs office as a full-service realtor working with clients in the greater Tulsa area, including Bristow, Broken Arrow, Cleveland, Glenpool, Mannford, and Skiatook.
Keli loves people and truly cares about her clients. She’s passionate about helping buyers find their dream home and has an uncanny knack for recognizing hidden potential in homes that may be a ‘diamond in the rough.’ Keli has a special love for helping those ready to downsize or relocate to the Tulsa area. A talented home stager and marketer, she also enjoys helping clients showcase what their home has to offer so it sells quickly. A savvy negotiator, Keli ensures every client the very best deal in an informed, stress-free transaction.
Smith grew up in Deer Creek, west of Edmond. She balanced high school basketball with stage production, and spent many weekends on the family farm in Lincoln County riding horses and tending cattle. She studied accounting at the University of Central Oklahoma and has worked in banking, property management, and personnel staffing, where she became known for her ability to bring in new accounts and manage them well. Throughout her career, Keli has developed the exceptional customer service skills, organization, patience, and trustworthiness she brings to her clients today.
Keli has never lost her love for country life and now lives on eight acres near Keystone Lake. In her spare time, she loves gardening, cooking, camping, volunteering in her community, and most importantly, spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
