Kelland has lived most of his life in Seattle, taking a few years away to attend college at Western Washington University. He spent some of his 20's in pursuit of a professional acting career, which landed him on the boards of many of the most prestigious regional theatres in the country. In the interest of avoiding a nomadic lifestyle that would take him away from an incredible family life and friends, he shifted gears into real estate in the late nineties and has flourished ever since. He is a second-generation Windermere agent, the son of Eileen Lindsey, who is a fellow agent in the Wedgwood office. Kelland was recently named as a Five Star Real Estate Agent and "Best in Client Satisfaction" by both Seattle Magazine and Northwest Home & Garden.
