Kellen went above and beyond when my wife and I were ready to sell our home and build a new one. He was very professional giving honest answers when it was time to evaluate our old home and what we needed to do in order to achieve our goal. My Wife and I did not take this decision lightly. We had prepared several spreadsheets with data we had been collecting for quite some time. We had a ton of questions and probably required more communication than most through the process. I will say there was not a time he did not answer questions. (He answered them at all hours of the day) Kellen was always very well prepared with a ton of information even on our old home beginning with our initial meeting. My wife and I are currently in the early construction phase of our new home and could not be happier with the service Kellen has provided.
