Tom and Kelley helped me sell my home and purchase a new home. Tom advised me on what updates I needed to do to my old home. I followed his advise and sold my home in less than 48 hours for asking price. I wasn't sure the type of new home I wanted to move to and Kelley and Tom were very patient until I found the one and then negotiated the price. Both responded quickly to phone calls and emails and kept me informed throughout the process. They were there for me from beginning to signing the paperwork at closing.
