Idk where to even begin. Kelli came highly recommended from a colleague. I had just relocated to Georgia and was searching for homes that fulfilled my personal checklist. Even before moving to Georgia, Kelli sent me listings and communities to view. Within 2 months of moving back, I was in contract for a home and interest rate I couldn’t be happier with. Without a doubt, Kelli didn’t just sell me a house, she worked to make sure I got the best deal possible even down to homeowners insurance. Since I was a first time homebuyer, I had my reservations about homeownership, but I can’t thank Kelli enough for making the entire experience a walk in the park.

Kelli made the home buying process seamless! She answered all our questions promptly. She didn't mind communicating to the sales agent or the builder on our behalf. She goes over and beyond for her clients. For example, we purchased a new construction home in a very demanding community. In order for us to get a lot, we had to be the first to respond to the email alerts the sales agent would send out. Kelli made it her priority to be on the email thread when hubby and I went on our honeymoon. She made sure we could enjoy ourselves without missing out on the opportunity to get a lot. First of all, how lucky we were to get Kelli Adams as our agent. Everything she told us happened. We listed it Friday, showed on Saturday and Sunday and had multiple offers.

The professional photos were taken immediately after I signed up with her, she had a cleaning staff to conduct a "move out" cleaning service for the entire home and all of the viewings were handled by Kelli Adams. I was looking for my first home and had zero knowledge of how the process works. Kelli was referred to me by a good friend who told me how great a agent she was. I was skeptical however. I reached out to Kelli and told her about a house I saw online. The next day Kelli called and asked me "would you like to see it today"? I was shocked because online was a 2 day wait to view the home. I loved the house and made an offer. After approval with the banks Kelli worked closely with the underwriters to close quickly on the house. The process was so smooth it felt like a dream.
