Kelli Macatee

With over 45 million in sales since January 2018, Kelli Macatee is a principal founder of The Macatee + Wells Team at Compass. A Park Cities native, she is a born entrepreneur, starting by selling art projects door to door to her neighbors. Kelli has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and project/account management, and technology. With a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology, focusing on research, brain health, and family systems, she loves data and the hunt to acquire it. She has a unique combination of training that allows her to serve her clients with competency and excellence. Her greatest joy is to use her gifts and abilities to serve others and her community. She has been involved in many important community causes over the years including but not limited to: Austin Street Homeless Shelter, The Bridge Homeless Shelter, Children’s Medical Center (now Children’s Health), REQUEST, North Texas Crime Commission, ROD Ministries (Men’s prison program), Interfaith Housing, Park Cities Presbyterian Church (City Missions, World Missions, EQUIP Program, Sunday school), and Catch Up & Read.
