Kelli Membreno-Ibanez

As the founder and co-owner of Libertad Real Estate, Kelli Membreño Ibañez is the undisputed heart and soul of the agency. In addition to overseeing all operational aspects at Libertad, Kelli sets strategy for the team and works directly with clients on a daily basis. Her vast expertise in guiding customers through the complexities of commercial and residential real estate is well known in the Indianapolis market. Her unique passion and creativity in serving a multi-cultural community has become an industry model well beyond these borders.

Kelli’s extraordinary career began nearly two decades ago as a residential agent for F.C. Tucker. As one of the firm’s first bilingual agents, Kelli quickly became the “go to” agent for Spanish speaking clients and was named F.C. Tucker’s “Rookie of the Year” for her unprecedented success. It was this experience that led Kelli to creating Libertad in 2003. Her vision for the firm was to represent underserved clients in emerging market segments navigate all areas of sales, leasing, financing, contract negotiation, market analysis, investments and asset management.

Over the years, Kelli’s reputation has steadily grown as a smart, savvy real estate pro who consistently delivers exceptional results for her clients. Along the way Libertad has blossomed into an American success story, earning numerous industry accolades for its entrepreneurial achievements and social significance. Kelli is a graduate of Molloy College in New York, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications / Spanish Language. She has served on numerous non-profit boards including Board Director of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). Kelli is the author of several articles focused on residential and commercial real estate and multicultural entrepreneurism, and is available for select speaking engagements.
