Good Day! I’m Kellie Case, and I look forward to helping you and your family with your real estate needs! High Country Realty’s office offers well over 30 years of combined experience in the Colorado real estate market where I am part of a great company you can trust to handle the most delicate real estate transactions. I am experienced, honest, and committed to my clients with professionalism and vast knowledge of the area market. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I specialize in luxury home sales in addition to residential homes, commercial properties, ranch properties, vacation homes, and land sales in Teller, El Paso and Park counties. My past business experience has allowed me to assist a range of clients with their real estate needs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and I served the community as Finance Director/Treasurer of the City of Woodland Park for 17 years. My education and experience allows me to properly manage a real estate transaction. I pride myself on my ability to meet and exceed my clients’ needs and expectations. From executive mountain homes to golf course properties and ranches to bed and breakfasts, not to mention luxury and residential homes and commercial properties, I know what it takes to get the job done! When I’m not busy helping my clients find the home of their dreams, sell their existing house or invest in real estate, you can find me volunteering in the following capacities: Mayor of Woodland Park, Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments Board, and Past President of the Ute Pass Symphony Guild Board of Directors (July 5 Symphony Above the Clouds Admission-Free Concert). I have one adult daughter, Taraleah, two dogs, Little Lily Smalls, Maizie, and one unusual kitty cat, Chloe.
