Kelli is AMAZING , I recommend her to everyone i hear is in the market for renting or buying. I have worked with her for my last 4 rentals! When we first started I had low credit she was STILL able to work with me. Now almost 6 years later she just helped me move into a beautiful apt in my favorite neighborhood ever , one I have been trying 6 years to get into.

Kelli is quick with her responses and extremely helpful even after my leases have been signed. She gives great advice and has taught me so much since I began renting. No matter what the issue is she is always here for me to reach out to and talk things over with. Which is major, considering the amount of items I’ve been screwed over / potentially screwed over by landlords.

I enjoy the relationship we have built over the years and can not wait until she helps me purchase my first home !

Kellie partnered with me and my wife on finding a home in record time. We were able to find a property within 3 weeks, make an offer and get under contract. Despite the challenges and difficulties we faced with the seller, Kellie was professional, proactive and provided us with guidance on how to navigate our way to a successful close. Another wonderful benefit of working with Kellie is that she has amassed a wonderful team of vendors: brokers, attorneys, painters, flooring, and inspectors. We went with all of her vendor recommendations and are so grateful that we did. I highly recommend Kellie and her team :)

Kellie is the BEST!

She's very knowledgeable, she knows the neighborhoods in Chicagoland very well, and she always got back to me in a timely manner and made me feel like my time was important.

Previous to working with her it was taking sooo long to find a place, it was legitimately disheartening.

Everytime I worked with Kellie we found a place within a week, it was a great experience each time.

If you're looking to buy or rent, I highly recommend Kellie.

We worked with Kellie to buy our first home in Bucktown and could not have been happier with her professionalism, expertise and local knowledge of the neighborhoods and real estate market. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Kellie always had a thoughtful answer. Her communication and negotiation skills are top notch and we felt like her only client the whole time. She knows the city inside and out, works hard to advocate for her clients, and it's hard not to have fun when working with her!

Kellie was exceptional! She was very timely with her responses, day or night, weekday or weekend. She is dedicated to her craft and a tremendously hard worker. She knew what each "next step" was and offered guidance accordingly. She offered alternative ways to frame offers showing her experience in negotiating. I am already looking forward to using her again as I know she will be an even better Agent by then because she is hunger to learn more and improve the already stellar service she provides. I will be recommending her at every possible opportunity!

Working with Kellie was a dream! She's a phenomenal realtor with tons of experience. She has knowledge of all parts of Chicago, which comes in handy when searching for a place, and shes extremely responsive and timely. She answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. We were moving to the area from out of state and she was thorough with sending us videos, photos, and info on each place that we decided to sign a lease before even seeing it because she made us feel so comfortable with the decision. When we we're able to meet her in person and do a tour the place was even more beautiful than we expected! I would highly recommend Kellie for all your real estate needs in Chicago :-)

Kellie is fantastic! Responsive, easy to work with, and fun. I've lived in Bucktown for years, but her extensive knowledge of the area--along with what was just outside of the neighborhood but fit our needs better--really showed me a lot of new places I'd never bothered to look at. You need Kellie!!

She was great and I highly recommend her!! I had some very specific amenities that I was looking for in an apartment and she made sure to address all of my needs. She was also helpful in thinking up solutions or ways to make a property work to fit our family just right.

I'm pretty picky and was a little unsure as we began our search, but Kellie was super patient and understanding the whole time. I was making myself crazy! Lucky for me, she encouraged me to check out other neighborhoods that I hadn't thought of. She was very knowledgeable about other neighborhoods that had many if not the same sort of feel and qualities that we were accustomed to in our current neighborhood.

We ended up finding a great place with more space than we imagined, in a beautiful neighborhood, close to my children's school and where they go for extracurricular activities!
