Sharing on behalf of my mother, Vicky Orris, who does not do well with the internet. Here is what she said about Kellie " Kellie Murphy with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is an amazing Realtor with multiple years banking experience. We were moving my Mother-in-law into an assisted living facility. We had a very limited time line to get the move done, the house cleaned out and sold. Kellie had the knowledge and experience with helping seniors and their families. She did the research and explained in very simple terms what needed to be done and how to do it. She helped us figure out how to get it all done with the least amount of stress on Mom and us.
The house sold within the first 24hrs. We definitely didn't expect that, nor the amount she sold the house for. We understand not everyone is going to have the same results as we did, but I can guarantee you, that if you have Kellie Murphy working in your corner, you can count on the best possible outcome.
