My husband and I absolutely love Kelly! We are in the process of selling our 2nd house and buying our 3rd house with her help. She is extremely educated about the whole process. Kelly is kind, caring, and understanding. She never makes you feel rushed or pressured. I will always use Kelly as my realtor, but I also call her my friend.

Kelly Baca is the best realtor ever! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. She zeroes in on what is needed to sell an individual home and has excellent communication skills. She is also a full service realtor. She helped us to sell a home while we were out of town. We had complete confidence in her handling stagers, showings, service people, repair contractors, etc. when we were not there. I feel very grateful that Kelly was there to help us.

Kelly was very helpful in my home search and purchasing process. She has a ton of experience, having worked in the Denver metro real estate market through the recession and subsequent growth explosion. This gave her a long term perspective that was insightful in regards to neighborhoods and investment. She nailed it on the offer and contract details in a way that gave me an edge to get the house I wanted. She had the answers to my questions at every step and I had a lot of questions being a first timer. Finally, she listened to my priorities and helped me understand what was realistic. Can’t recommend her enough!

Kelly is one of the most patient real estate agents you will ever encounter. My hubby and I looked at many, many homes. Not sure how we didn’t drive her away!
