Kelly has managed a wide variety of real estate transactions - at price points ranging from $125K to nearly $1M, in areas ranging from Arlington Heights to Bolingbrook, and property types including investment properties, rehabs, and single-family homes.
Kelly was born and raised in the Grayslake/Gurnee area and has lived in downtown Chicago, Lakeview West/Roscoe Village, Jefferson Park, and Oriole Park. She moved to Arlington Heights in November 2020 with her husband and two children. Community is very important to Kelly, and she is currently involved with the Arlington Heights Special Events Commission, local non-profit Shelter, Inc. that works with homeless and foster children, the District 23 PTO, and various area animal shelters. Kelly is a firm believer in “the greater good” and therefore donates 5% of all her commissions to a charitable organization of her clients’ choice.
