My wife and I had moved out of state, across the country, several years ago. We finally decided to sell our home in CA and were lucky enough to work with Kelly Bonelli as our realtor. She was AMAZING! What a professional, totally thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with all sorts of things that were well above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced with any other realtors either of us had worked with in the past. She took care of EVERYTHING while we were 2000 miles away, including dealing with renters and home repairs, and beautiful staging. She ended up getting us an offer at FULL ASK ON THE VERY FIRST DAY of our open house! We couldn’t have asked for anything better, we highly recommend her and wish she could have helped us buy our DC home! It has been a few years since that sale, but we still talk about how easy things were, and when we move back to CA she will be our go-to for sure. We can’t say enough good things about working with her, you will never find another realtor that can provide better service or is more committed to making your dreams come true!!!
