Kelly is an amazing Realtor. Kelly assisted us in getting the home ready for selling. It was a long process and had a lot of ups and downs. (Our side of the process-Kelly smoothed it out.) Kelly ensured we had contacts with people to help paint and clean as needed. People we could trust and were fiscally reasonable and within our budget.
Kelly's suggestions on things to "paint and clean up" were spot on and so worth it.
Kelly staged the house and it was unrecognizable to us. It was beautiful.
The experience of Kelly and her availability to us; the level of professionalism yet warmth and caring she put into our selling process was just beyond words.
