Kelly Colley has several years of experience in sales, customer service, finance and business management. Her husband, Robb Colley, and herself have four beautiful boys. She serves as President and co-founder of Alabama Homefinders, Inc. She is also an active member of WCR (Women's Council of Realtors). Other organizations include the Optimist Club, EWI (Executive Women International), Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, REBAC, NAREB, MAAR, AAR and ABWI (Alliance of Business Women International. Kelly specializes in relocation, real estate owned properties, foreclosures, first time home buyers and investments. She currently holds a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional)certification, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation At Home with Diversity certification, Equator certified and PMN (Premiere Managment Networking) GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) ELP (Dave Ramsey Edsorsed Local Provider). She is Equator Platinum Certified, which is the highest certification one can receive through Equator. She is also REO and Short Sale Certified. She serves as a Director on the Multiple Listing Service Board. Kelly is also a direct Fannie Mae Broker and serves over 12 counties. Kelly has over 7 years experience in REO sales and marketing. Kelly has sold over 350 homes and grossed over $33,000,000 in sales.She is currently working on her SRES, CRS and E-Pro designations. And is a proud member of the Christ Community Church.
