Enhancing his skills as a Realtor he is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and earned the GRI professional designation. A strong communicator, he listens to his clients to uncover their needs and help them find exactly what they are looking for. Selling Downtown Houston is Kelly's specialization and has been since 2007. As a Downtown resident himself, he is highly aware that for most buyers it is a change of lifestyle as well as finding the perfect home. He is willing to share his vast knowledge of the market as well as what it is like in the day-to-day life of the Downtown resident. He truly lives, works, and plays in his Downtown neighborhood and does his best to bring new residents to the neighborhood.

A native Texan, Kelly first moved to Houston in 1987 and has lived in numerous Inner Loop areas in those years. He is knowledgeable confident and proficient in these as well as within the Beltway. He is always willing to help his clients buy or sell their homes so that they can start making memories in the next stage of their lives!
