“Hello, my name is Gino and Daisy recommended I talked to you about my home buying process.” This was my first introduction to Kelly DeCarlucci and the beginning of a joyful, easy, and memorable home buying process. I did not know what I was getting myself into when I first decided to purchase my home. But, thank God, I was referred to Kelly by a friend who was so satisfied by her service in the past.
Kelly took her time to walk me through the entire process and spared no effort to answer to all my inquiries at any time of the day. I have a checklist of everything I wanted my house to be, and Kelly did exactly that. She searched and found the exact home that matched my expectations. She secured the home for me on the spot (at the very first visit) and we started the buying process the same day. And less than 45 days, here I am, a homeowner!
Working with Kelly made my home buying experience so easy. Kelly is family-oriented and made sure my 8 year’s old daughter was well entertained and happy during our meetings. I will recommend Kelly to anyone who wants to have peace of mind while embarking on their home buying process. But wait! If you like gifts like me, you will be well served! Kelly has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She handled us buying our new home and selling our townhome simultaneously. And in this crazy market she made the process so easy from beginning to end. Kelly helped us through our search for the right home, took us on many different tours, and helped us submit competitive offers & contracts.

Kelly is so upbeat and positive and helped with all of our questions (which we had a lot!) and was so easy to communicate with - texts, calls, emails. She’s the best.

Kelly is a true real estate expert and her talent is unmatched, and we could not recommend her more!

Not only is she attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking, she adds a personal touch in her guiding her clients through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Keeping us calm and cool along the way! With Kelly we knew we were in good hands.
Responsive, motivational, personable. She also took every step of precaution during these covid times and ensure that we were all sanitized as well as everything we touched when meeting in person.

Kelly handled both the sale of my home, and the subsequent (and almost simultaneous) purchase of my new home coordinating the timing of each perfectly. Her experience was apparent in the professional way she handled both transactions, and it was clear from every aspect that the best interest of her client was always top of mind. She covered even the tiniest details making sure there were no loose ends in either transaction. She worked hard to negotiate the best possible price for both the sale and my new purchase. Always pleasant and upbeat, she was a true delight to deal with. Very responsive whenever I called, or emailed with questions. I can recommend her with complete confidence, and will definitely use her services again if and when buying or selling real estate in the future.
