My wife and I purchased a home with Kelly's help in the winter of 2019 here in Atlanta. Kelly was extremely communicative and knowledgeable throughout our home buying experience. It was wonderful to have someone with us that was positive and helpful while we made the largest financial decision of our lives. There were a number of times where we changed our minds about particular properties where other realtors may have gotten frustrated or annoyed. However, Kelly always remained respectful and understanding. It was clear that she wanted us to find a home we loved and was never pushy during the process.

Other members of our family have since done work with Kelly and have continued to have wonderful experiences

Kelly is wonderful, very honest and professional.
I sold my home through a third party website without in person realtor ,and Kelly was the buyer's realtor.
She replay promptly any time we had a question even though she wasn't my realtor.
Kelly is also very knowledgeable.

We originally began our house search with an agent recommended by a friend… that didn’t work out.

After that bad experience we were so grateful to stumble upon Kelly. The moment we met her we knew she was right for us..

We looked at MANY houses and in the process she got to know us so well she could see the house we wanted and know if it would be right for us.

She was so patient and it paid off for us as when we found our PERFECT home!

I would argue that I had the best team with the purchase of my first home. Kelly and the entire Zac team has made this such a smooth experience for an inexperience buyer such as myself. They have honed the skills of timely communication within their area expertise. They were there for me literally every step of the way whenever they were needed. Kelly is a fulltime realtor and it shows every step of the way in her dedication to her clients. This lovely lady responded to me so quickly everytime! My only hope now is that when I purchase again in the near future, they are still in this business. Again, thanks a bunch to Kelly and the Zac Team!

When I first met Kelly Force, she explained that it was more important that I find the best home for me. She showed me that her role was more than a sales person. She proved that time and again as she learned the West End market. My favorite Kelly saying ... "Hell it doesn’t hurt to ask."

Kelly worked to understand my needs and put in the work to review the available listings to make certain they were the best fit for my needs. Every search was efficient, productive and enjoyable. We laughed and laughed! Every time we viewed a new property Kelly would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc..

Kelly also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price and warranty I was comfortable with. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me and I love it so far.

I also appreciated her referrals to contractors who I could work with to remediate cleaning and painting, which streamlined this part of the journey. I do plan to enjoy this home for years to come, that said if I learn of anyone interested in a home in the West End and when I am looking to sell or buy another, Kelly will be the first realtor on my call list.  She has made my relocation seamless.

She will forever be considered as the best, “Welcome to Atlanta” gift a girl could ever receive. I need a Kelly in every area of my life!  She goes above and beyond and I have come to trust her and rely on her expertise and judgement.
