Kelly brought more than 20 years of management experience with her into the Title business when she first began in 2000. After working with her current partner in the title industry, she realized that with her energetic personality, confidence and can do attitude she would establish a company that has the same unique qualities. Kelly’s knowledge and expertise along with an amazing support system motivated her to open Clear to Close Title Services.
