Kelly Kang

Kelly grew up in Cupertino, the daughter of a local real estate developer. She spent her childhood going from one construction site to the next as her parents built the custom homes of a rapidly-changing Silicon Valley. She remembers poring over architectural plans with her mother to make sure each home flowed naturally in a way that was practical and architecturally beautiful.

Today, Kelly helps clients review similar plans as they’re updating a home to capture the highest sale price, or simply remodeling for their own life and enjoyment.

Before real estate, Kelly was a construction litigation attorney – from a young age, always a defender of fairness and justice. The experience comes into play every time she advocates for her clients. Kelly has an eye for the fine print that helps keep her clients safe while making the process as transparent and efficient as possible.

Kelly began her real estate career in San Francisco, working first in asset management and then multi-family sales before moving full-time into the single-family residential market. She knows how to counsel clients considering investment properties and residential properties alike. Having made the move in both directions, Kelly is also a useful resource for families contemplating a transition between Silicon Valley and the City.

Kelly has returned to her Cupertino roots, now a wife and mother raising her own two kids. Her kids are learning to swim in the same pool she did. And they enjoy trading apples and tomatoes from their garden with neighbors. Kelly is also an active advocate for the same public schools that shaped the person she is today.
