Originally, from Jacksonville, Florida, Kelly has been licensed in real estate for 19 years. In addition to residential home sales, and as part of a family real estate business specializing in commercial land sales and development, Kelly has brokered, permitted, and developed farms, single-family subdivisions, industrial projects, multi-family condominiums, and office parks. While remaining active in the Northeast Florida market, Kelly and his wife Melissa relocated to Baltimore in 2018.
