Kelly launched her real estate career in 2007, just in time to watch the height of the market become a new low! Ever optimistic, Kelly embraced the challenge of working alongside busy agents and incredible mentors while experiencing the bottom of the market correct itself and the recovery begin. In the last twelve years, Kelly worked alongside top agents to learn the tools, practices, and skills from those swimming upstream. She has since built herself a successful business and remains a top agent year after year.
She finds great joy in helping clients find the perfect place to call home. She has been equally successful in guiding sellers through the journey of preparing, listing, and selling the homes they are in. In the process of both, she has made too many amazing friends to count, earned much trust from those she works and partners with, and has become a widely respected agent serving the greater Seattle area.
Originally from New York, Kelly transplanted herself here in 1993. The spotlight on Seattle was beginning to shine and grunge and the tech industry were putting their cultural stake in the ground. Her undergrad is in Marketing, so Kelly began her career in broadcasting, and then moved to a stint with the company PhotoDisc that eventually became Getty Images. Needing more depth and connection, she carried on to study and practice massage therapy and become certified as a Birth Doula. Three kids later, she combined her Marketing mind with her people skills and the real estate chapter began. The combination of her personal values, educational experiences, and professional investments equips her with a rare amalgamation that results in an innate ability to take good care of clients at key transitional moments in their lives. Buying and selling homes very definitely occupy that space.
Kelly lives in West Seattle with her husband, two teenagers, one near teenager, her cat and two dogs. Her husband is in the wine business so the flow of nice wine, good friends, great clients, playing music, and some pickleball every now and again are what keep life fun and interesting for her!
