Kelly Mauro

Kelly Mauro has always been passionate about helping others and connecting people to each other so that they can find community and their place in the world. As a real estate agent, Kelly advises each client in making smart housing decisions according to their unique circumstance. She believes the transfer of real estate can be an enjoyable experience, and she thrives on getting to the closing table with ease while creating lasting relationships with clients and co-agents.

Prior to real estate, Kelly studied psychology at the University of Kansas and worked in retail at one of the most well-known stores for customer service, Nordstrom. She now loves being an agent because it allows her to draw from her background and experience. She often gets personal with clients so that she can help them visualize their place in the world and set them up for future success.

Kelly's approach is to first have a friendly and open conversation with her clients. When working with buyers, her goal is to get a clear understanding of all their wants and needs and then familiarize them with the neighborhoods that fit their criteria. She wants them to feel educated and confident to move forward when the perfect home becomes available. For sellers, Kelly starts by finding out their motivation so that she can be respectful and cognizant of any challenges they’re facing. She then works thoughtfully and diligently, tapping into her resources to help them achieve positive outcomes.

Beyond work, Kelly enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family. She has an incredible husband who is a talented builder, three beautiful daughters, and a fur baby named Max. They’re the light of her life and her inspiration. Kelly and her family currently live in the Wellshire neighborhood of Denver. Central to everything, the area is known for homes with character and curb appeal, as well as gorgeous mature trees.
