Kelly was great from the first second we met. Energetic, with a very good eye for what can be improve at the property, with exact knowledge about the market in the area I had my house for sale. I worked with Kelly as I was transitioning into retirement. She listened carefully and showed me a variety of homes in different parts of Charlottesville. The information she was able to give me and the perspective on the many options that might lead me to my perfect retirement neighborhood and home were invaluable. Once we found the right property, she facilitated the process from mortgage options, paperwork, and all the other details. Given my very demanding job at the time, her knowledge and contacts, right through to the signing, and her willingness to guide me through it all, made for a very positive experience. Avenue Realty and Kelly Morrison are the best real estate help in the Staunton to Waynesboro area. Really go above and beyond to make sure every phase of the search for a new home is going to get you what you want. I really like the way they help sellers get the best for a house and how they will work to make sure you get your house sold and get into the new house they found for you quickly! Plus they were really fun to deal with.
