Kelly Piccolo Allen

Licensed since 2005, Realtor® Kelly Piccolo-Allen offers an enthusiastic and heartfelt drive to help her clients to reach their goals. She aims to help her clients make informed decisions to get the best possible deals.

Kelly’s interest in real estate was born in 1988 when she bought her first home at 23 years old. Since then, she has bought many properties, fixed them up, and then sold them to start over somewhere new. Throughout these endeavors, she spent 34 years working in dentistry before retiring to focus on real estate full time. She especially loves working with first-time homebuyers and thrives on their excitement for purchasing their first home.

A Greater Sacramento and Placer County resident since 1979, Kelly is an enthusiastic volunteer in the community. She volunteers with the Firefighters Burn Institute, as her husband is a retired firefighter, and helps with yardwork for the elderly. In her free time, she enjoys camping, golfing, and watching her granddaughters play soccer.
