It was my good fortune to have been introduced to Kelly Rovito in 2007. During that year I had been making several trips to the Fort Lauderdale area from my home in Virginia to visit a relative and decided that I would like to make a permanent move to this area. Not being a condo person I wanted to find a single family home that had renovation potential to fulfill my creative urges. Kelly immediately “got” where I was coming from and found me my home in Dania Beach. Well, as the expression goes “life is what happens when you are making plans” – the real estate implosion of 2008 took place. My plans to move were put on hold and this is where Kelly really performed “above and beyond!” Kelly found me a tenant who resided in my Dania home for the seven years it took me to finally move to my property in Dania Beach in October of 2014 where I am happily creating the vision I saw when first purchasing my home. Not only did Kelley find me a wonderful tenant, but anytime I had an “out-of-state” landlord issue (heating A/C, plumbing, roof, landscaping, etc) during my seven year absence, she came to my rescue with competent and reasonable trade’s people. My wife and I first met Kelly back in 2003 when we were looking to purchase a home in Weston. Kelly was the consummate professional throughout the entire transaction, and provided the necessary 'hand-holding' to make the transaction as stress-free as possible. We've kept in contact over the years as my wife and I had explored additional real estate options. Fast forward to January 2017. My wife and I decided to list our home for sale, and the ONLY realtor that we ever considered was Kelly. Again, Kelly went above and beyond to provide world class service throughout every facet of the transaction. Imagine this...our home went 'live' on MLS at 3PM one day...at 6:40PM that same day, Kelly called with a very interested Buyer...at 7PM the Buyer arrived at our home and by 7:30PM we had received an offer! We realize that this is not the typical timing of events, but we believe that through Kelly's price-positioning of our home, coupled with her marketing expertise, it made for the very smooth and quick sale. We closed on our home sale earlier this week, again with no issues. Any and all questions were addressed and resolved by Kelly to both parties' approval. In closing, we highly recommend Kelly Rovito if you are either a Buyer or a Seller. She will treat you like family and not just like a client. We've dealt with many other Realtors on the past, and Kelly truly provides World Class Service in every aspect of her role.
