Kelly is a phenomenal realtor. He has helped us in the purchase of 2 homes and the sell of 1. With each process, he was very patient, thorough and answered any questions we had. If we ever need to sell/purchase again, Kelly is the only realtor we will use! 10/10 recommend!

All 5 stars for Kelly Sims! This man is hands down one of the best realtors you could possibly have. He is professional and very knowledgeable in how he does his job. I personally have chosen Kelly as my realtor twice now in buying a home and selling the same exact home. I will for sure be looking to him in the near future in helping me and my family to help us find our dream home. A big thanks to him for being such a kind, caring and genuine realtor and friend to me and my family.

Kelly sims is an amazing realtor from the start of looking for a home to end process of finalizing the closing of a home. Kelly helped me for months from any question or concerns I had while looking at a lot of properties. From casual conversation to business conversation there couldn’t have been another realtor I would have rather chosen on my journey. He helped me through the loan agents and the seller when limited info was given. He made efforts of contacting agents to better serve me as to what I needed to do even though sometimes I had to fill him in on what I was getting from loan agents but we worked together on the whole process. His schedule fluctuated to fit my needs as I worked nights. Kelly is very positive and patient with the whole process all around. Is very knowledgeable with homes and housing markets and doesn’t force anything like a pushy salesman would normally do. Kelly was honest and upfront with what the loan agency might would deny or want improvements on and as well as guiding buyers through those obstacles that seem to be nightmares at times. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking at buying or even selling a home. Kelly is an honest,respectful, and hardworking realtor that I appreciated having the experience in my house purchasing of using and meeting.
