Kelly was absolute wonderful to work with! She has been so patient, kind and more than helpful to us. Kelly was always available and responsive to us, even in the off hours when we would have odd or stressful questions. When she knew that she would be hard to reach for a few days, she gave us a heads up and still made an effort to reach out to us during that time. She was constantly reassuring and calm in her guidance. She gently set realistic expectations but was optimistic and worked hard towards what we needed. In our situation, timing was an issue and looked impossible to meet. Somehow, Kelly made magic happen and we were able to achieve exactly what we needed without settling for less than we were looking for. After we closed and were settled in, she still reached out to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
