After years of enthusiastically following the real estate market, checking Zillow/ Redfin on a daily basis, giving people home updating tips, and renovating homes, Kelly decided to take the leap into real estate. She loves working with the amazing team at the Ortman Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Arlington Heights, IL and enjoys putting her skills to work finding people their dream homes. Buying and selling can be extremely complicated, but she prides herself in being able to see the potential of even the most aesthetically challenged homes, and passing that vision onto her clients. Kelly lives in Arlington Heights with her husband, two daughters, and their German shepherd Grohl (named after Dave Grohl of the FooFighters & Nirvana). They bought their house in 2013 and have completely renovated it since moving in. Kelly grew up in a family of general contractors, so she had a hammer in her hand since a young age. Working with her dad, uncle, and brother renovating homes is what led to her passion for real estate and all it has to offer. In Kelly's spare time, she enjoys refinishing furniture and coming up with new renovation projects for her home!
