Kellyann Dunning

Kellyann Dunning has a proven record of success having earned multiple awards recognizing her achievements in sales production with ClubCorp at the Buckhead Club. Her strong connections to the Atlanta community, innate ability to relate to people and adeptness in discerning client needs and providing solutions made her transition into real estate seamless. She attributes her success to her dedication to client service and diligence.

When she was invited to join the top-performing, award-winning Ransom Team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, she jumped at the opportunity. She builds her business through the relationships she has cultivated through the years, referrals, and corporate relocations. Kellyann is skilled at collaborating with both buyers and sellers primarily Inside the Perimeter (ITP) but enjoys serving clients throughout Metro Atlanta. When asked to describe Kellyann's best attribute, clients and friends often respond with, 'integrity' - a testament to her devotion to fulfilling the needs of her clients.

Kellyann is a native of Birmingham and graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a B.S. in psychology. She quickly moved to Atlanta where she fell in love with both the city and her future husband. Kellyann and Gregg have lived in the Loring Heights neighborhood since 1999. She is actively involved in E. Rivers Elementary School, where her two children attend. She and her family are members of Cathedral of Christ the King, Brookwood Hills Community Club, Carl E. Sanders YMCA, and Zoo Atlanta.
