After a great career as a middle school science teacher, I transitioned into real estate in 2022 following in my dad’s giant footsteps. Joining my dad, Charles Small, and the other agents on The Small Team, has given me a strong foundation in the nitty gritty of real estate. With the resources of a high performing team, combined with my background in education, I enjoy guiding clients with patience, clarity, and care. I’m proud to be a part of a family legacy and team legacy that highly values trust, good service, and long-term relationships. Being a lifetime “Northlander” (of the KC area) myself, I have a great appreciation for our local communities and all they have to offer! Outside of “work”, I enjoy being a mom to my two children, Reed and Riley, and a wife to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Jared. As a family, we spend most of our time making memories at the lake with friends and family.
