Kelsie is by far the best realtor in the Hampton area! She made me feel comfortable and confident during the process! It is an extremely stressful time being a first time and solo buyer, while working with Kelsie the thought of actually buying a house didn’t scare me at all! I purchased my home while deployed, and Kelsie made sure to get every angle of every showing! She’s quick to point out even the smallest flaws in the homes she’s showing and makes sure you’re not buying into anything with unknown repairs! Kelsie Edwards did a fantastic job finding my husband and me our house. Although she is a younger agent her work ethic is that of an old soul. She is extremely professional and very articulate and intelligent. There wasn’t one question asked that she couldn’t answer. She was also extremely efficient and always answered her phone. My daughter and her husband raved about Kelsie when she helped them buy their house so we felt like we would be in great hands and we were, the absolute best!!! Kelsie is now a friend and I adore her!

Where do I begin?!! From having a terrible experience with another realtor and a short timeline, Kelsie’s optimism and hard work was such a huge help in getting me my first home. She got my house a month and half before my timeline!!! Which not only was perfect for me, but during that time, she made sure I was stress free and made sure I understood everything in this process. You can tell she really loves her job and loves helping others. I’m thankful to have worked with her. She’s completely 100% on your side and will fight for you if need be! We have been searching with her for MONTHS (budget vs inventory), she was very patient with us no matter how many showings we did or how many texts/calls she had to deal with! Mrs. Edwards has extraordinary professionalism, work ethic and is very passionate in what she does.
This was my first time purchasing a home and she took the time to explain everything and never left out any details, even if I asked her the same question multiple times. She was never rude nor moody despite my lack of knowledge. She encouraged me to ask questions and never wanted me to have any doubts. Mrs. Edwards is a woman that takes pride in her work she takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and guides you accordingly. Although she is very professional throughout this process, I noticed how much she cares for her clients! Because honestly, she was my rock during this whole process and stuck with me until the end! Upon our first meeting with Kelsie, she made a commitment to sell our house in a timely manner and at top dollar. We had a new house we were moving into by the end of the month and were in a time crunch to sell our home. Kelsie honored her commitment and had a contract on our house in less than two weeks and above listing price. Not only did Kelsie uphold her commitment, which allowed us to move into our new house on time. The timeline for selling our home and moving into our next house was the easiest process. It could not have been done with any other real estate agent. Kelsie was 100% committed to selling our home and it was completely evident. Kelsie is amazing! It has been the best real estate experience I have ever encountered. She almost has all of the answers before you even have to ask. Kelsie is a go getter. She has worked and exceeded any expectations I had. If I contact her she responds like I'm her only client, when I know she has several others in waiting as well. I have never had someone represent me with the passion and professionalism she exudes regardless of the transaction. She is very knowledgeable of real estate and the current market. There was no offer we put in that was not accepted because of her coaching. We were the ones that backed out after we and sellers couldn't agree.
