As a home inspector, I’ve worked with dozens of realtors over the past eight years, so I’ve seen firsthand the difference a great—or not so great—agent can make. When my wife and I decided to move her elderly parents up from Florida to live with us, we needed a bigger home. We knew this would be a complicated and stressful transition, and finding the right realtor—someone sensitive to our needs, truly working in our best interest, and able to meet our timeline—was essential.

From my experience working with Kelsie and seeing how she treated her clients, I knew she was the perfect choice for our family. And she absolutely delivered. Kelsie went above and beyond our expectations, guiding us through every step with professionalism, warmth, and a cheerful spirit—which can be rare in this industry. My family and I found ourselves needing a Realtor, to help list and sell a family home. My family has owned the house since the 1970s and it is very sentimental to us. I got Kelsie's contact info from a neighbor, and contacted her for help. She is very professional, but also very personable and kind. She was very respectful of our feelings, and I felt I was working on getting the house ready to sell with a friend, not just another house to her. Kelsie answered all of our questions, and made herself very available to help us get through the process. I highly recommend Kelsie and the Real Estate Group for anyone needing help with any Real Estate issues. She also keeps her word on calling you back, lining up contractors for home repairs, explaining how the process works, all of the paperwork, etc..., that was very important to me. I would rate my experience as a 5 out of a 5, with absolutely no bad issues at all. I have already recommended Kelsie to friends and family. Contact Kelsie and you will not be disappointed.

Kelsie is an absolute TREASURE of a real estate agent! Her knowledge, communication and expertise are top notch. First time home buyer’s here, plus we had to do it out of state (which only added to our stress/difficulty of being able to find what we were looking for), but Kelsie went above and beyond to help us find our home! She is extremely professional and very articulate and intelligent. There wasn’t one question asked that she couldn’t answer. She was also extremely efficient and always answered her phone. Where do I begin?!! From having a terrible experience with another realtor and a short timeline, Kelsie’s optimism and hard work was such a huge help in getting me my first home. She got my house a month and half before my timeline!!! Which not only was perfect for me, but during that time, she made sure I was stress free and made sure I understood everything in this process. Mrs. Edwards has extraordinary professionalism, work ethic and is very passionate in what she does.
This was my first time purchasing a home and she took the time to explain everything and never left out any details, even if I asked her the same question multiple times. She was never rude nor moody despite my lack of knowledge. She encouraged me to ask questions and never wanted me to have any doubts. Mrs. Edwards is a woman that takes pride in her work she takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and guides you accordingly. Upon our first meeting with Kelsie, she made a commitment to sell our house in a timely manner and at top dollar. We had a new house we were moving into by the end of the month and were in a time crunch to sell our home. She has worked and exceeded any expectations I had. If I contact her she responds like I'm her only client, when I know she has several others in waiting as well.
