Kelsie Rasure

While some kids wanted to be a doctor or teacher when they were growing up, Kelsie always wanted to be a real estate agent. She began her career at 19 and never looked back. She's worked in almost every facet of the business, from taking listing photos to coaching multi-million-dollar producers.

Kelsie is honored to be the 2023 President Elect for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS and the President of The Midland Rainbow Room, an emergency resource room used to help the needs of abused and/or neglected children and families in crisis.

One of Kelsie's greatest joys is to be the Broker Associate/Owner of RISE and she cherishes the opportunity to provide a different kind of real estate experience - one that is real and about YOU.
