Ken did an amazing job for us. We live remote and he was able to make the NOLA purchase smooth sailing, and has also assisted us greatly post-purchase around getting repairs done, vendors signed up, etc. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Ken to anyone!

My husband and I decided to start looking for a place to buy and had contacted Ken about a property he had listed. We decided that place was not for us and asked Ken to help us find a forever home. He stayed in contact with us daily through out the couple of months it took to find the perfect place, guiding us through the emotional, financial, and legal process. He always stayed level headed and calmed us down when we got stressed out, never giving up. Even after everything was signed and we had moved in, he continued to contact us to make sure there were no problems. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in finding a perfect place for them to live.

I am pleased and morally obligated to share my opinion and experience. Therefore, most importantly the real champion who inspired this review is to honor our realtor and now lifelong friend Ken Hamrick.
Ken, I just want to say thank you so much for not only helping us find a great and beautiful home in New Orleans but also for being able to deliver to us a very profitable sale of the very same home in such a short time.
Take it from someone such as I, that has had to live and move across more State lines than I would have liked.
I am well aware of the stressors that one endures whilst fully amerced in all the processes and logistics of relocating a family in addition to coping with and adapting to a whole entire new environment domestically and publicly is mentally and physically taxing to the strongest and willing of minds.
Ken is second to none. I will take with me and my memories all of the lengths that you did to go above and beyond the typical role that the job of a realtor entails.
Ken does not mince words, nor does he beat around the bush. His candor and humor is most refreshing. Ken never wasted our time. It is obvious that there is a passion for him to deliver to his clients satisfaction because it is not only a sale for him.

The best. We lived in Texas and needed a realtor In New Orleans area to begin our search to relocate. Lucky for us Ken was on duty that day. We described over the phone what we were looking for and the area. Ken began work right away. We narrowed places however with the market being what it is they would go pending in hours. We decided we’d move our trip for house hunting up and Ken made himself available. He spent the whole day with us and informed us of the pro and cons of area’s. At the end of the day we had an accepted contract on a new build that just had gone on the market with a 30 day close. We had to return to Texas and Ken handled everything. I won’t go into detail of the pains we encountered trying to close due to the seller. Ken persevered, we even had to have him sign for us at closing because we had to be out of our place in TX. Ken used his negotiating skills and did all his research. He kept his promise we would close or he would have temporary place to stay. At 4pm as we were driving our U-Haul we got the call we were owners of our new home. Ken went out of his way to go to the
property and set up an air mattress, pillows and towels because he knew we would be arriving very late from a long drive. Since our arrival Ken has kept in touch, visited and helped us navigate New Orleans. We love our new home. He’s personable and knows the New Orleans market. Ken exceeded every expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Ken had our back. #number1 in my book and he would be the first person I would recommend when looking to purchase or sell a home.
