Ken Horn

Ken Horn has been involved in real estate as a licensed broker and appraiser for over 20 years. Ken grew up in Los Angeles where he began his career working in residential real estate as a real estate broker at the age of twenty. After moving to Charlotte in 1995, Ken became a certified real estate appraiser and has worked for some of the most prominent appraisal firms in the Charlotte region. Specializing in commercial real estate, he has provided appraisal and consulting services to most of the major financial institutions in the Charlotte region. Ken has extensive experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including the valuation of subdivisions, apartments and other multi-tenant investment properties. Ken joined the Moser Group in 2007 providing brokerage, appraisal and consulting services.
