Ken was highly recommended by coworkers after my relocation. I was living in temporary housing and needed to begin my home search. Ken worked hard to learn my needs and priorities. From the beginning, he spent a great deal of time with me discussing my situation, timing, and preferences. Due to my need to sell my house where I had moved from before purchasing a home here, I required a rental home that would meet my somewhat specialized needs. Ken spent a great deal of time trying to locate acceptable options, and was able to find a suitable, temporary rental. When it was time to find a home to purchase, Ken tirelessly searched listings in multiple price ranges, and he also researched prospects I identified. Because of his earlier efforts in getting acquainted with my needs, he was able to narrow the options down to a workable number. Ken took a tremendous amount of his time driving me to the homes we chose to visit, taking several full days. It quickly became apparent that Ken devotes whatever time is required. Due to Ken’s extensive knowledge of the Atlanta market and his demonstrated expertise as a broker, the purchase process concluded without any problems. I am also highly satisfied with the home I chose. Ken is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend him!! He is very efficient and knows his stuff and has connections everywhere, from mortgage lenders to closing attorneys, which was so helpful and everyone was local. He always gave us his honest opinion and never pressured or steered us in the wrong direction. He is very professional and is always looking out for your best interest! He helped us find a house and gave us his expert opinion even if it wasn’t always good news, and that’s what I love about him. Was new in town and came across this agent. I gave him my list of parameters and six hours later he had eight for me to look at. He gave 100% attention to me and stayed inside my parameters; which was extremely important for me. Throughout showing me homes he pointed out the benefits and drawbacks to the area. Even though I don't have kids, he encouraged me to locate in an area that would have great schools so that when I do sell, the home would be marketable..He even showed up for the inspection. I would not THINK about fooling around with any other agent; I had to fire my first one because she just did not seem as interested as she should of been... My time is valuable and Mr. Jones sure respected my time and parameters. Only after I closed did I find out he was a top agent in the area. Knows his stuff!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else, when I go to sell, it will be Mr. Jones to list for me...

Ken is the most honest, professional real estate agent I know. He helped me get my house sold in 2 weeks and find a great deal on my current home. He even offered his advice against two other homes I was looking at, which would have meant more commission for him. But he knew they would not be a good fit for me. I would recommend him to anyone!

He knew the neighborhoods and schools that would be a good fit and actively monitored these areas so that we were able to jump on listings in this very hot market. It was our first time purchasing a home, so naturally my wife and I were nervous and had done as much research as we could prior to entering the market. Ken worked with me for over a year to find a home that would, not only meet all of my requirements, but would also be a good investment decision. Ken put in countless hours of research and visited many homes to preview them before I drove from out of state for a showing. After looking at many listings, I decided to build a home. Ken was there for every step of the process, and made many trips to the construction site to make sure everything was in order. He went above and beyond what one would expect. Ken was very patient, professional, and courteous from beginning to end. Ken looked out for my best interest and was always honest. I've purchased three homes in my lifetime now, the first was with a realtor from the Wal-Mart of realtor companies which lead to a terrible decision on my first home. For my second home and third now I used Ken Jones with Clear Summit Realty. We had a price point and a location and Ken went above and beyond both times to ensure my wife and I got exactly what we were looking for. He understands people and what they are looking for but he also knows how to spot a good home from a bad home and will ensure that you have all the details to make sure you are making the right choice for you purchase. I went into the process of selling our home and buying a new one thinking I knew about half or more of what I needed to know. “I just need an agent to sell my house and get me through closing,” I thought. Then I met Ken Jones, who was recommended to me by a friend. Ken is the consummate professional, and he made it clear from the very first meeting that he wasn’t as interested in “selling” us on anything as he was in educating us on the process, so we could make our own informed decisions. And educate us he did. As both our buyer’s and seller’s agent, Ken taught us EVERYTHING we needed to know to sell our house and to buy the next one. He knew the market so well – and told us exactly what to do to our house to get top dollar – that within 48 hours of listing, we had accepted an offer that was slightly more than the listed price. As our buying agent, he walked us through each prospective home with the eye of a contractor, pointing out all that was right, all that was wrong, and giving us invaluable advice on the different areas, traffic flow things to watch out for, and other details that we would have never thought of but were important nonetheless. Buying and/or selling a home can be a daunting, seemingly overwhelming task. My husband and I were referred to Ken when selling our home - our friends gave him a hearty recommendation. After working with Ken, I can say with 100% certainty that our friends were right! We knew going in that our home would be a little difficult to sell due to location. Ken did copious research before our first meeting and helped us price the home and helped shape our expectations. We had a great offer within 2 weeks, and were closed 3 weeks after that! There was no aspect of working with Ken that left anything to be desired. If I had to pinpoint areas where he really shines, though, I'd say ethics, experience and communication. Ken is an extremely ethical man and makes no bones about it. He truly puts the needs of his clients first - without regard to his bottom line. Who does that anymore?? He is honest with his recommendations; I fully trust that his words are true and are not motivated by financial gain. Also, the experience Ken brings to the table is second to none. He has been a realtor a long time - and it shows. Prior to that, he was in the military - and that shows too. He is incredibly disciplined and has this process down to a science. Lastly - Ken's communication. Wow. There was not a single time during our sales process that I was left wondering what was going on. If he expected to hear something (about the appraisal, for example) by a certain time and didn't, he would follow-up on that and then immediately contact me. If you want a terrific realtor, then call Ken Jones!
