I'm a former Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse and Director for a private manufacturing company. However, I have been actively involved with Central Indiana real estate for the past 20 years, comprising a portfolio of leased residential properties, a full-service real estate brokerage, a property management company, past President of Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association, and as a licensed real estate broker.

I provide traditional buyer and seller services, covering all aspects of purchasing or selling a home. I also specialize in assisting clients use "seller-financing" to either sell their home, or to purchase a home. Seller-financing is especially helpful for buyers who are qualified for a mortgage except for needing an event to anniversary within the next 6-18 months. Seller-financing is also effective for sellers who wish to optimize the sale of the home and do not need to fully cash out at once.

There are many misconceptions surrounding seller financing. My objective is to assist our clients through responsiveness, accurate information, and our years of experience with successful transactions.
