I entered the market as a buyer at a time in my life that was extremely difficult. Ken took time to understand my situation and exactly what I wanted in a home. He used his extensive knowledge of the area and professional expertise to guide me through every step of the process and do the initial legwork in narrowing down my search. I never found myself wondering what was next. Ken was extremely patient and wanted to make sure that I was happy. He is truly his client's ally and will do beyond what is necessary to ensure his client's satisfaction. I will NEVER attempt to navigate the sometimes tricky waters of real estate without him and would wholeheartedly recommend him to all of my family and friends!

Working with Ken was the best experience I've had with a real estate agent. I've bought and sold 4 houses and by far Ken was the best in attention to detail, communication, keeping me appraised on progress and providing wise guidance in the decision making processes. Ken was extremely knowledgeable in the market and home value analysis. Sorry to say, but some agents just do the paper work and make little effort in any other area. We interviewed other agents who wanted us to list for 75K less than we actually ended up selling it for. Ken did his homework and priced it right. Ken went above and beyond, even to the point of rolling up his sleeves to provide help with any changes needing to be done to the house. He is honest and takes personal pride in everything he does. We chose to work with Ken because he represents the best in a decent and professional realtor. We were referred through a friend at work and he met and exceeded envy expectation we had. Ken is a no nonsense realtor with working knowledge of construction, building companies, and market realities. I've decided to get Ken to help me sell my house based on many positive on-line reviews. Those positive on-line reviews are right on the money and I can't say enough good things about Ken as seller's agent. The most important factor of being a good seller's agent is, I believe, to have the local knowledge to price the home to sell quickly for fair price. Following his staging advice and pricing my house competitively, my house was sold in 7 DAYS for very fair price while two other comparable homes in the same community sat, not sold, for over a month. Through contract negotiation to closing, it was smooth sailing. Thanks Ken for all your help and I will certainly ask for your help with all my future buying and selling houses!

It was a blessing from the beginning to have the opportunity to start looking for a home, and as time elapsed we knew that we need to get with the program and find a good realtor to help us with a search for a good family home. We stopped by Long and Foster in Manassas one day as a recommendation from a close friend because we’ve heard such great things about the company. Ken Norris introduced himself to us and treated us like family from the moment we first met him. He was a man who was a man of his word from the beginning to the end, in the beginning he said he would make sure he would find us a home that we could call home that we both would love and that’s just what he did. Ken was always open to hear our ideas and our suggestions and did everything he could to show us the homes that were to our liking. He was never pushy, didn’t show any aggravation or frustration and he had so much patience with us. He took us to our first home to look at, there were a few things that weren’t to our liking but which was a good thing because it gave Ken a better idea of what we were looking for. He worked so hard that when he planned to show us the next house he took our suggestions and comments about one home vs the next into consideration and showed us something better and better each week. He was so pleasant and answered every question we had with informing us about the pro’s and cons about different things. Ken was very courteous and did not make us feel uncomfortable in anyway shape or form and did his very best to make sure we were happy. Handyman should be his middle name, he also assisted us with a couple fix-er-upers to our new home we just bought. Ken made this experience a memorable one, a easier one then expected & as well as a pleasurable one. We are so thankful to have had someone who wasn’t self-centered, put us first and worked very hard and we are so glad the harvest turned out great. Even through a frustrating market Ken was able to make the process of buying our first house as smooth as it could be. He was very helpful and responsive when it came to any question big or small whether it be by phone or email. He has great knowledge in all the terminology and tricks of the trades, and being first time buyers that is comforting to have somebody able to define all the real estate language. He takes pride in being able to help his clients find as close to the perfect home that is out there and always has an eye on each property that comes on the market that fits in your budget. I highly recommend Ken Norris as a local real estate expert. Ken is very familiar with the local area that ensures he is able to meet your real estate needs.
