He worked as a licensed property, casualty, and life insurance agent where he managed 35 insurance agents for a national insurance company. In this role, he consistently hit his goals and was recognized as the Top Team Lead with the highest customer satisfaction rating. His love of assisting others in a time of need beckoned Ken to the medical field. For the last twenty years, Ken has worked in a plethora of roles within medicine as an EMT/Firefighter, an Emergency Department Technician, and Nurse.
