About Ken

Ken has achieved incredible success over the last decade in the Real Estate Industry. A native of Northern Kentucky, his career spans from being a sales agent with West Shell Realtors, to Broker/Owner of the Realty Executives franchise for Kentucky and Ohio, to what Ken Perry Realty is today. Ken`s business is now split between sale and construction of single-family residences, small commercial land, building development, and land development for residential communities. And as of 2008, he started the only online real estate school in Kentucky, Perry Real Estate College, which has now branched out to 11 states.

Despite the hours a successful real estate career requires, Ken has found time to be active in both his industry and community in several ways. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service and a past president of the Re/Max Broker`s Council. He has also served on the Alexandria City Council and the advisory board for First Alliance Life Insurance Corporation. Ken is a member of the Cincinnati Athletic Club. Ken has also served on two consecutive four-year terms as Commissioner of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission from 2005-2013. He is also a member of the coveted Board of Regents of Northern Kentucky University.
