About Kendal

I spent most of my life in Ahwatukee, Arizona and have seen how the valley has grown over the last decade. I remember when the Loop 202 didn’t connect, and it ended at Price Road; and when the Loop 101 didn’t have an HOV lane.

I have lived in Texas and Oklahoma, and am a University of Oklahoma alumnus.

I decided to plunge into real estate because I have a passion for educating people. I have a background in construction, along with buying and selling personal property. I enjoy these two activities; and, decided that sharing my knowledge with others would be my next business.

Kendal is a go-getter and will do what it takes to get your home sold. She is honest and a great negotiator. She understands the complications that can arise when buying or selling, and is very good at fixing issues before her client even knows there is a problem. She is friendly, kind, and patient, but don't underestimate her, she is fiercely protective of her clients.
