Here’s the deal… Kendall Evans is the best there is. Plain and simple. She wakes up in the morning and pisses excellence! Failure is not in her vocabulary. We did 3…. Yes THREE housing transactions with her in 2 months! She would get us showings for the same day and was always flexible to our schedule. We sold our house in 1 day over asking. We bought 2 houses under asking! Even in this crazy market! She negotiated and we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. If something needed fixing in order to close, she had a guy for that. Honestly… You would be doing yourself and/or your family a disservice if you didn’t use her as your realtor.
