After receiving a B.A. in Communications from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Kendall moved to Washington, DC, and immersed herself in the community. Her decision to enter residential real estate came partly from her love of DC homes, design and decorating, and also from her previous experience in Commercial Real Estate Development. Early in her career, she began by purchasing, renovating, and selling investment properties. She then moved to longer-term holds, by purchasing several investment properties where she focused on high-end, historic row homes within walking distance to DC’s prime sightseeing locations. Within weeks of launching and forming a team to manage the properties, they were all ranked in the 99th percentile on VRBO and Airbnb. Kendall attributes a lot of her success to her knowledge of the market and the individual neighborhoods that make up the DMV, her ability to extend exceptional customer service and her genuine enthusiasm for real estate. She is uniquely suited to assist in all phases of buying and selling Real Estate, from the first-time homebuyer to the savvy investor.

When much is given, much is expected. Kendall has heard this phrase from her father since she was a child, and it's her driving principle. Kendall appreciates that clients give much trust in her, and therefore, much is expected of her. Kendall serves on the board of DCWise, is a founding board member of Women Empower Global, and enjoys working on the fun, yet impossible goal of mastering golf!
