In July of 2022, Kenden launched as Broker & Owner, The Parks Realty Group--a real estate brokerage based in Winter Park, FL. Primarily catering to the needs of residential real estate buyers and sellers, The Parks Realty Group currently serves the needs of several metropolitan areas across Florida including Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, the Space Coast, and all of South Florida.
Prior to his career as a Central Florida Realtor and Broker, Kenden graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL (BBA 2009: Finance, Business Law) before accepting a position with Bank of America in 2010 under the company's Consumer & Small Business Banking division in 2010.
Later, in 2013 Kenden worked as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Bayview Financial (Coral Gables, FL) within the company’s multi-billion-dollar real estate investment fund where he was personally charged with overseeing a portfolio of more than $100 million in residential real estate located across the entire United States.
Kenden brings a wealth of real estate experience to his clients, whom count on his sales background, project management expertise, and the level of attention to detail he provides.
A proud resident of the Sunshine State for over 25 years, Kenden also loves physical fitness and bodybuilding, traveling the world, technology, and spending quality time with his family, friends, and pups Rusti & Lily.
