If there was an option to give Kendra more than five stars, I would give her more. She made our home buying experience easy. The team that she works with is amazing. Our experience wasn't flawless, but Kendra took care of everything so that we wouldn't have to stress about any of the bumps we encountered. For anyone who is looking for a realtor who is meticulous, detailed, hard working, genuine, and caring, I highly recommend Kendra Barraza!

Out of state first time homebuyer here. Was on YouTube researching Reno when I saw one of Kendra’s videos. Wasn't looking for a realtor yet but she seemed super genuine and easy going so I reached out and we talked on the phone for a few minutes. This was months before I would even apply for a transfer with my job and I told her as much. Still, she was always texting with me and reaching out to talk about what we were looking for, sending us listings, and expertly handling my all-over-the-place-edness. She even met with us for lunch during the summer when we came to visit.

Fast forward to November. She's delayed 24 hours coming back from a wedding in Mexico. Had at least one connection and had to fly into Sacramento and get a ride back over the mountain. While traveling, she's working on the offer for our dream home. She sent the offer in just before getting back to her own driveway. The offer was accepted the following morning.

Kendra wasn't just the realtor who filled out the paperwork. I cannot stress this enough, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. Kendra is 100% responsible for making me feel like I belonged in this process, that it wasn't something to be scared of, that I actually belonged on the phone with her. She would tell me when she thought I was right, tell me when I was definitely wrong, and would listen and share her thoughts and ideas in between. I dont know if we'd be here without her.

TLDR: Kendra made my wife and I feel like we belonged in the home buying process, was honest with us about everything, never cared how long it took for us to be ready (10 months I think?), and literally did the most she could for us at the worst possible time for her. She got us our dream home and genuinely was the first person to make us feel welcome here. 10/10, would buy with her again.

We've had the absolute pleasure of working with Kendra to find our dream home.

My husband stumbled upon her videos on YouTube and we reached out to meet for lunch. After months of searching and mild uncertainty, we finally made the decision to put in an offer. I can’t sing Kendra’s praises loud enough. My fiancé and I had a doozy of a time finding a home in this market, we felt that as two regular joe’s that there was no way we would be able to compete with these businesses swooping in with an extra $20k to buy houses from right underneath us.
If we had any other realtor we probably wouldn’t have a house right now. Kendra was an absolute god send. We felt like her most important clients even though we weren’t buying a grandeur mansion. She made time for us and our unusual work schedules (sometimes seeing a house twice because of my fiancé and I’s conflicting schedules), we saw at least 50 houses all over Reno and Spanish Springs.
We put in 9 offers and were outbid by all of these business house flippers. It was heart breaking.
But Kendra was there the entire time and felt like a friend through the process. She reminded us not to settle and worked her magic to sweeten our offers (at times even cutting her own percentage). She knows her stuff and would voice her observations and concerns with houses. She taught us so much through the process. She answered and re-answered our million silly questions with patience and kindness. Through her actions she demonstrated that she truly cared about our needs over making a “sale”. And finally…the process worked and we ended up with the literal perfect home. I was in elated tears when I got the call from her.

I couldn’t be happier with our home purchase. Kendra played a huge role in making that happen.
It’s rare finding people who have found their calling, but Kendra truly has and it shows in working with her. You will not regret picking her as your realtor. 😊

Kendra was incredible from start to finish, helping us find and buy a house from across the country in a manic market. She was always responsive, made the process much easier, and always had our best interest in mind. Whenever we ran into any kind of speed bump Kendra was immediately on top of it and made sure we were taken care of.
Outside of being a great realtor, Kendra is a great person and was very enjoyable to talk with through the whole process. I couldn’t recommend her high enough for anyone looking for the best in the business!

I can’t recommend Kendra enough! We had a unique situation, as we were moving from VA to NV during Covid and this crazy market. Kendra was so responsive and really understood what we wanted and needed. She walked us through every step. She even took the time to personally look at homes for us and FaceTime us in to see them. Kendra literally found the house of our dreams (a new build) she went down to the house and videoed us in as she walked the construction site. Even after our offer was accepted she periodically stopped by to give us videos and photos of the updated progress. We are so thankful that Kendra was our Relator! She made a difficult situation so easy for us. Really went above and beyond.

She kept us in the loop the entire time down to every detail. I normally do not do reviews but I can’t just not share how great Kendra was in not only selling our home but helping us move into our new house. First when it came to selling Kendra was on it from the beginning. First everything was extremely organized and her prices were broken down and were very easy to understand. She went above and beyond making sure the house was ready to go for photos, the video and the open house. She was able to generate 16 offers In a matter of 3 days. I know it’s a sellers market but even then I don’t believe we get so many eyes on the house without her fine attention to detail and proper advertising. Selling was a breeze. When it came to buying the process was much longer then expected no fault to Kendra but she was there every step of the way and did everything she could to gain the builders attention and have all my questions answered as soon as possible. I was some times a pain and yet she remained extremely patient and still was able to help me every step of the way. This process which had many ups and downs was easier I believe because of Kendra. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family and I truly appreciate all of her hard work. So Thank You Kendra.

I first contacted Kendra after working hours not expecting to hear back until the morning. She reached out almost immediately and had an appointment to see the house the next day. She is incredibly kind and honest with a very positive attitude. She had great recommendations and put our needs first throughout the transaction.
