After eight years as an expat in Asia, Kendra settled back into her hometown in 2014 and teamed up with her mother - top selling Rye Broker Patricia D. Geoghegan. Kendra grew up watching, and learning from the sidelines, as her mother became a household name in Rye real estate. In her own career, Kendra spent a decade in sales and marketing where she earned a reputation for artful negotiation, keen attention to detail and expert client service. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Kendra was an account executive with Clear Channel Communications and a manager of business development at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Kendra is now an active member in the community and a regular volunteer at church and school. With three active children, Kendra and her family participate in everything from local sports to music and theatre, enjoying all the amenities the Sound Shore area and surrounds have to offer.
