If you are looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and use Kendrick Davis.

I was a first time home buyer that was referred to Kendrick by a coworker. I am not very "home savvy" and didn't know much about the process.

Kendrick held my hand through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and was able to go over the 1 year outlook, the 5 year outlook, and 10 year outlook of every house we looked at from an investment perspective. He also owns his own construction company so he was able to give accurate quotes on things I would like to change in the house.

I was able to land an amazing house with him. I was so happy with his service that I even hired him and his company to change some things in the house and repaint it.

I think the most impressive part was that he made sure to put me in a house that would be perfect for the type of person I am instead of trying to make a quick sale.

Amazing! He is definitely someone you want in your corner helping you out. He relieves alot of the stress from of the process of buying a house. He is very knowledgeable about the market and incredible when it comes to finding the perfect place! It seems he almost has a 6th sense when it comes to this kind of thing. I will be using him again if I ever move for both selling and finding me a new place! Highly recommended!
