He consistently made himself available, answering our questions and helped to set our expectations appropriately on what it would take to find the home we were looking for and what type of offer was required in the competitive Bay Area market. As first time home buyers, the home buying process isn't always clear, but Kenn made the experience was a pleasant and successful one with his understanding of the market, numerous connections within the industry and understanding of the home buying process!

Ken has been helping us looking at tens of properties and he finally found our dream house for us. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us and understood our needs from the very first open house we went to.
He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house any time we asked for. He is absolutely wonderful to work with and he really cares about his clients. Ken will always remain our real state go to whenever we need an expert for real state business.

When we were ready to sell our home, only one name came to mind when thinking about a real estate agent. Kenn Ellner. Years ago, Kenn helped us buy our house – that is another amazing story. But yet another amazing story is how he helped us sell our home!

Kenn was immediately over at our house helping get us started. Kenn knew every aspect of selling a home and helped guide us through all of them with finesse. He had a plan from the very beginning. Always professional and reassuring, always ready to explain every step, and answer every question we had.

Kenn has many years of expertise, and understands how to plan for, move through, and complete selling a home. From initially laying out how we would get our house ready, to staging the look and feel of the home, to the seemingly endless amounts of forms and documents that must be completed correctly in order to successfully sell a home. And then listing, viewings, offers, and finally close of escrow!

Based on Kenn’s recommendations, we completed a number of improvements to our home. While I wondered if these were all necessary, later we found out that they were all well worth it.

After these improvements, we were on to ‘staging’ the home. With things so busy in the spring time, we couldn’t find any available stagers. Kenn stepped up and gave even more of his time to lead the staging effort with our help. And when done, the house looked premium. We had compliments from many, “Who was your stager? The house looks amazing.”

He coordinated professional photography and handled listing the home on multiple real estate sites. The photos were unbelievable.
Kenn listed the home early on a Thursday morning with viewings starting on Friday. We had 8 or more on Friday. Saturday and Sunday were fully booked with 18 viewings each.

Many agents called to wanting to present offers. Kenn navigated this entire process with calm and ease. He had us counter to multiple offers and we selected one on Sunday, only 4 days after the listing.
After that he kept close watch on all of the details that come during close of escrow.

Finally calling to congratulate us that our house was sold. What is also excellent, is that I feel the buyers were super happy and I’m sure they will enjoy having purchased such a wonderful home.

And if that wasn’t enough, he then helped me find and purchase a new home. Another amazing story for another time…
