Ken developed over 8,000,000 square feet of shopping centers in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, New Jersey, Colorado, Nevada, Maryland, Texas, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
Tenant client list is fairly diverse and includes development for Wal Mart, Office Depot, Best Buy, Michael’s, Linens n Things, PetsMart, Petco, Thomasville Furniture, Drexel Heritage Furniture, Costco Wholesale, Home Depot, Comp USA, Just For Feet, Tweeter, Sound Advice, Starbucks, Stage Stores, Fedex Kinkos, Sprint, Verizon, Vitamin Shoppe, Olive Garden, Sonic, Cracker Barrel, Muvico Theatres, Gateway Computers, Fidelity Investments, and Panera Bread.

Most recently, Mr. Goodman developed the Shoppes at Paradise Isle in Destin, Florida. It is a 172,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Best Buy, Linens, Office Depot, PetsMart and Michael’s. The center was sold to Weingarten Realty Advisors in March 2006 for $41 million.
