Mr. Manor was always pleasant and cooperative and went above and beyond what any realtor would do. He was always professional and it is clear that he is not only knowledgeable but an expert in his field. He was always prepared and was very skilled in guiding me through every step of the Estate Sale. He is a man of his word and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Kenneth was an excellent guide to us in finding a new home. He considered all of our likes and dislikes and factored it all in to a house in our price point! I met Kenneth through a friend that he helped purchase a home. From our very first conversation I knew I had picked the right realtor. He was knowledgeable and backed everything he said. We went to a ton of open houses, and Ken was always available to answer questions and made sure we got the best deals. We had given up on buying a house due to being outbid (this was during some crazy COVID times). We had discussed an interest in building a home and Ken remembered how much we loved Caruso Homes; so when he heard that Caruso had lots available in Upper Marlboro he got us first dibs. We were able to pick a no premium lot and started our Caruso Home journey. During the process we ran into issues with the lender and Ken showed up and pointed us to the right person who got us ready to purchase and close in less than 3 months. Kenneth also assisted us in selling our property in less than a month and got us the deal we wanted. What can I say, Kenneth is not just a realtor but family now. Some people do things for a check and some have a passion for what they do. I can’t recommend Kenneth enough to anyone trying to purchase a home or sell a home. Maybe in 20 years if he is still selling homes he can get us to our next home!
